I just found out the devastating news that a friend and former coworker took his life last night. I'm heartbroken. EDIT: (Initially I was hesitant to post the name of the person but I've gotten some messages from former coworkers wondering if it was someone they knew. Since the family is posting about it, I feel ok mentioning that it was my friend Aaron Loftus. I knew he and his wife Kari Harbath while working at MarketStar and adored both of them. They are prime human beings. Please refer to Kari's page for more info if you need).

Understandably, a lot of people are emotionally drained right now. On top of the daily struggles we already deal with, all of this added chaos is simply overwhelming. Please lift each other up and look out for each other. If you ever need someone to just listen, I'm always around to vent to with no judgement. I'm so grateful for the friends and family I have that let me spill out my thoughts and frustrations. Many of us wouldn't be here today without those people.

Lean on those people, be one of those people.

There is no shame in feeling this way, we all are feeling it to a degree right now.

There is also the Suicide Hotline, please utilize it if you need to:

1-800-273-8255.
